Diet Update

Well I'm up to 12 lbs lost in a month! Whoohooo! I weighed in on Sunday for the week and lost 4 more! So week 1 lost 5lbs, week 2 lost 3lbs, week 3 lost 0 lbs, week 4 lost 4 lbs! As well, measured myself for fun on Sunday and I lost 2.5 inches on my thighs, 1 inch off my calf, 2 on my waist, .5 off my hips, .5 off my neck. Imagine, that's really only after 3 weeks! I'm stoked!!
